Overview: Surveillance Related to Personal Injury Claim
In May 2024, Privin Network was retained by legal counsel in relation to an ongoing personal injury claim involving a subject who reported neck and lower back injuries. The objective was to conduct discreet surveillance to verify the subject’s physical capabilities and routine behavior following the reported accident.
The subject, based in Dallas, Pennsylvania, was believed to be participating in physical activity inconsistent with the reported injuries. Our team was tasked with obtaining video documentation that could be used to assess the validity of the claim.
Challenges of the Assignment
The subject resided at a heavily wooded property in Dallas, PA, accessible only by a dirt road and bordered by a reservoir. Traditional surveillance methods were limited due to lack of direct vantage points and dense natural cover. Despite this, our team established a distant observation post and executed an ongoing pattern-of-life investigation over nearly two months.

Approach and Execution
Surveillance was conducted on multiple non-consecutive days from May through July 2024. During this period, the subject was:
- Regularly seen at the Wyoming Seminary’s wrestling camp at the Great Hall building in Kingston
- Operating or associated with two vehicles: a gray Tesla sedan and a white Jeep Wrangler, both bearing Florida plates
- Consistently seen arriving with youth participants, retrieving equipment, and entering or exiting the building
Despite environmental limitations, our investigators captured video documentation and photographic confirmation of the subject’s presence across various dates and weather conditions — including during a tornado warning on July 17th, where tracking was limited but resumed upon departure.
Additionally, a pretext visit on June 6 helped clarify the structure of the wrestling program (freestyle/Greco training) and confirmed that participation was active through August.
Best of all. There were online videos of the claimant wrestling.

Outcome
The subject’s routine behavior, vehicle patterns, and repeated presence were documented across 10 investigative entries. Surveillance findings confirmed:
- Residence association
- Active involvement in the wrestling program
- Frequent transportation of youth participants
- Consistency across multiple independent surveillance efforts
All findings were captured via timestamped, geo-tagged video, further supported by OSINT records verifying the subject’s wrestling participation through public video sources.
Why This Case Matters
This case underscores Privin Network’s ability to:
- Conduct long-range surveillance in rural or obstructed environments
- Maintain operational consistency across multi-week operations
- Combine OSINT, in-person observation, and pretext for effective results
