Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Private Investigator | Case Manager Intern to join our team on-site in Chandler, AZ. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of private investigation, including investigative reporting, claims investigation, surveillance, and fraud detection.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed investigative reporting and maintain accurate documentation.
- Perform claims investigations, surveillance operations, and fraud investigations.
- Assist in managing active cases and ensure timely resolution of client matters.
- Utilize analytical skills to assess information and make well-informed decisions.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
Desired Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Proficiency in investigative reporting and surveillance techniques.
- Experience or interest in claims investigation and fraud detection.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Previous experience in private investigation or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field preferred.
- Prior military service, Military Police (MP), or law enforcement experience.
- Background in intelligence or security operations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
